• SmartNotesAI does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.
• While SmartNotesAI is designed to assist with documentation, users must review and verify all AI-generated content before using it in patient records.
• The Company is not responsible for any errors, omissions, or misinterpretations in AI-generated notes.

• HIPAA Compliance: SmartNotesAI adheres to HIPAA regulations for patient data security and confidentiality.
• User Data Ownership: Users retain ownership of the data they input into SmartNotesAI. The Company does not claim ownership over user-generated content.
• Data Storage & Security: Data is encrypted and securely stored. The Company does not sell or share user data with third parties without explicit consent.
• Access Control: Users are responsible for maintaining the security of their login credentials.
• Data Usage for AI Training: SmartNotesAI does not retain, store, or use any user data for AI model training. All data processing occurs in real-time and is not stored beyond active use.

Users may not:
